What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major Credit/Debit cards, and for our local customers in Pakistan, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD).
Can I cancel or change my order? Orders can be changed or canceled within 12 hours of placement. After this window, the order may have already been processed for shipping.

How long will it take to receive my order? Local orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days. For international shipments (USA), timelines will be provided at checkout.
Do you offer international shipping? Yes! We are currently expanding and shipping to the United States market.
How can I track my order? Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this on our Track Your Order page.

3. Returns & Refunds

When will I get my refund? Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
